Optional integrated websites
Where it makes sense, custom engagements can include a website built on the same compliance and design system that powers our SaaS products.

Optional technology licensing
Engagements may include licensing of CoolBiz®'s proprietary or patented technology. License terms negotiated per project; royalty mechanisms automated where applicable.

Optional continuing access
We can maintain access to client infrastructure post-launch under continuing-services terms — with automated royalty handling for licensed components.

Trust-based engagements
Established clients with whom CoolBiz® has a prior course of dealing may engage on a trust basis without a per-project written contract. CoolBiz® reserves the right to require a written contract at any time.

What we do not do
We do not take standalone web design, SEO, or social media management engagements. Those services exist only as components within a larger custom software development engagement.
